We had an excellent experience using Andrews. They already had someone on their books who was looking for a property like ours, so in a very slow market our house sold very quickly. Becca was incredibly proactive in ensuring everything went smoothly. Her response times to any queries were extremely fast, and she was excellent at keeping everyone informed of progress. I would happily recommend them. If we were to use Andrews again, however, I would source my own Solicitor and not use the one Andrews suggested.

Andrews has been amazing with my managed letting. From my first meeting with Hayley to getting the tenant in, I have not had to worry about anything. Company is very professional, but I would say their letting process was a bit tiring. There was a lot to do, especially while you are dealing with other things it was almost making you change your mind. However, regardless of this situation, after I moved in the service from Nicole was great. She makes this experience so much easier and she works hard and try to involve you with all the process and keeping you updated with news from the landlord, and always on it. I brought a ground floor flat in Warmley Bristol from Andrews estate agents . The staff lied to me about the property, because they had a customer from hell. I was told I don’t need a survey done. How wrong they were. The flat is covered in mould. Cracks on the outside wall, and so on. . I had to replace the bathroom and kitchen. They squeezed has much money out of me for the customer . I discovered after the sale, the vender did have the property up for sale 5 times with Andrews estate agents in longwell green Bristol. They were desperate to sale to get their commission. I am still furious from a year on wards. I will not be selling my flat with Andrews if I decide to move in the future.
