I brought a ground floor flat in Warmley Bristol from Andrews estate agents . The staff lied to me about the property, because they had a customer from hell. I was told I don’t need a survey done. How wrong they were. The flat is covered in mould. Cracks on the outside wall, and so on. . I had to replace the bathroom and kitchen. They squeezed has much money out of me for the customer . I discovered after the sale, the vender did have the property up for sale 5 times with Andrews estate agents in longwell green Bristol. They were desperate to sale to get their commission. I am still furious from a year on wards. I will not be selling my flat with Andrews if I decide to move in the future.

GoogleWorking with Andrews was a pleasure. I was buying a property, and they were always on hand to answers questions both over phone and email. Lizzie was dealing with the deal, and she was fantastic throughout the whole process. At the start of looking around, they weren't pushy in showing me properties that didn't suit my criteria, and they were very honest about what they thought was good and bad about each property I looked at with them. The further things got along, their communication was great and they were very supportive when I had questions that the seller knew the answer to. I feel they went above and beyond a number of times to help get everything over the line. In the future, I'd definitely use Andrews to sell because it was great working with them as a buyer.

GoogleI can't praise Rebecca and Grace (and support staff) at the Botley office highly enough. From start to finish they were absolutely fantastic! On the ball every step of the way providing whatever I needed expeditiously. Living overseas and selling a house in the UK was a daunting thought especially with the time difference but they made it seamless, it was as if they were just up the road! Just as I was thinking of something, they had it all under control, going out of their way to be available and responsive. I would highly recommend this office and Becca and Grace in particular. You couldn't ask for a more dedicated helpful and friendly Estate Agent experience. Now we are at Completion I will really miss our interactions. They are fantastic. Thank you ladies.
