Daniel has been most helpful and on many occasions going above and beyond to make the process easy for me. Recently I had a house viewing with Ben from Andrews Purley. I was honestly impressed with the professionalism and dedication he had shown from the point of viewing till my offer got accepted. I felt really comfortable right from the start and I am very gald for them to be my new letting agents. I have been looking for a house for sometime now and inteacting with many letting agents who pull you into a bidding war for rent. Ben clearly said they dont do that and to his word, their dealing was very straightforward and honest. Ben Gordon-Smith is one of the most polite and friendly letting agents staff I have come across so far. As a matter of fact all the staffs I interacted during this process from Andrews Purley were friendly, however Ben was exceptional 👌.

Absolutely amazing service, i could not of asked for better people to help me and my partner move especially as we are first time renters. The experience I had with Andrews was absolutely brilliant. They were very quick to provide any required information, as well as video of the flat and some links similar flats that fit my criteria. They were quick to organise a viewing over the weekend when asked and kept me informed about all the steps throughout the process. I eventually found a flat I liked more so didn't go through with them, but they were so pleasant to work with that I am slightly sad that I won't get to interact with them anymore due to that choice. We have just used Andrews to sell our house and they we're incredible from the word go. My husband and I had never sold a house before and when we had a number of estate agents come over however it was Brian from Andrews who won us over with his experience and knowledge. He was also the only one who asked "what do we want from an estates agent". Once agreed the house was on the market within 5 working days . Luke who was doing the viewings was professional and fully exceeded any expectations and sold the house 6 days later. We then dealt with Jill who was brilliant at rallying the troops and pushing things along. The overall process from putting ours on the market to exchange has taken 7/8 weeks and I could not be more pleased with the whole process and everyone involved. Thank you team Andrews!

We completed the purchase of a house sold via Andrews in Purley. Initially we saw a house that wasn’t quite suitable, the agent Luke, bothered to ask what was it that we were looking for and we had a great chat even though the house we saw wasn't right. This made a refreshing change after dealing day in day out with other agents who just don't seem to care and just wanted their viewings done. Thanks to Luke's advice, overnight, we found our dream home. We wouldn't get to know the property in the first place if it wasn't for Luke and his colleague Steve. After the offer accepted, Andrews Purley also had a dedicate member Jill looking after us during the post-sale process. She helped us communicate with the seller and the seller's solicitor. We are aware of how much of a pain our constant nagging must have been, but without her mitigation we would never have made the deadline. Although we have never met, we really appreciate her attentiveness and effectiveness. When the purchase finally completed and we went over to the branch to pick up the key, Dan who stayed in the office for us greeted me with warmth and big smile. All in all our experience with Andrews Purley was great, the staff are very friendly and warm, we really appreciate their professionalism and we can't be grateful enough!

Thanks so much to Andrews in Purley. They have been fantastic from start to finish from my very first conversion with Brian. Brian was a pleasure to deal with and ensured everything went through at pace but with care. We completed on our first home within 10 weeks and we couldn’t be happier. Especially with Covid-19 going on too! This was our first home and we didn’t know the process or what really to expect but Brian talked us through every step. Communication throughout was faultless and if Brian was out on appointments we would speak with other members of the team who were all fantastic as well. I didn’t have one bad experience. I didn’t have to chase anyone up once, they all came back to me straight away and majority of the time were calling me directly to check in on how things were! The team were polite, happy, friendly and a joy to deal with. Thanks to Jill as well for all her help, she was so great and was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the processes.
