GoogleI've rented properties through Andrews purley for almost 5 years now, previously, it has been Bobbie who has gone above and beyond to help me find properties. Always a fantastic service and helped me move into the place I am in now. Very recently, I've had a change of circumstances in which I wasn't sure I would be able to renew my tenancy this year. The lovely Rebecca worked on my behalf and liased with my landlord to ensure I was able to still stay in my home. During a very stressful time, she made sure I was kept in the loop and understood all of my options whilst showing compassion through every stage. All turned out well in the end and I am very greatful for Rebecca helping with that! Not only that, everytime i have contacted Rebecca about flat maintenance, She always seems to get it fixed as quickly as possible and again, always keeps me updated as to what's happening and when. Very lucky to have to not deal with any stress myself with my landlord. Personally always found renting with Andrews purley so stress free and easy. GoogleThe rental side of the business is an absolute disgrace, lies, lies and more lies. The Senior Manageress (Bobby) lied to my mother (a pensioner) in order for her to take a tenancy. There is an air conditioning unit in the flat that my mother was swindled into renting for a year. Bobby the Senior Manageress said it was because the landlady has asthma but it's clearly because of damp and condensation problems. She went on to say it costs just pennies a month to run. It doesn't, it costs a fortune and it is so cold, my mother would need the heating on during Summer in order to stay there. My mother cannot stay there as it is so cold, dirty and the bills would be astronomical but they will not release her from her contract. Shameful.

GoogleUnprofessional and condescending. When we said we did not like the property due it's age and look he asked us if we hadn't seen the photos online. We clarified that we have seen several similar properties that had the potential to modernise hence we took the time and effort to view this property. Also, if Andrews Purley do not want to offer viewings unless one is under offer they should make that clear in their advert. Its not like we have nothing better to do than call estate agents only to be brusquely told to call back once under offer.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleGreat journey from start to finsih, Andrews were totally transparent on everything from what selling options were available through to valuation, marketing process, and final steps from exchange to completion. At no time did we feel we were being fobbed off as communication was first class from the word go and any questions were quickly and articulately answered. The whole team did a fantastic job and I'd like to thank them all for their professional and helpful support of this sensitive sale of my parents home.

GoogleLuke has been very helpful during my house search, I went to see a property listed by Andrews that I subsequently have had an offer accepted on! Luke is very personable and had a lot of knowledge about the area, the back history of the property and seller and has always been quick and efficient with responding.
