GoogleWe purchased the house through ANDREWS 15+ years ago and it only seemed right to use ANDREWS again to sell up. The team were both friendly and professional. I spoke to them frequently and nothing was too much. I would recommend them over other Estate Agents because I felt they were like a family run business (even though they're not) I felt I could ask had I needed to but I never did as they kept me well informed throughout the entire transaction. Well done ANDREWS (special shout to Brian & Luke)

GoogleAn agreement was signed at 2.5% for sale of my property. Andrews sent an invoice for 2.75% of the agreed sale price - when I refused to pay a penny more than what was initially agreed, the sales manager Luke Levy turned up at my house and tried to kick my door down. My teenage daughter was inside and terrified. Levy then proceeded to loiter outside for the next hour, smoking cigarettes, shouting abuse and threatening violence. He only cleared off when my neighbour heard the commotion, confronted him and threatened to call the police. This firm is dishonest, arrogant and inefficient.
This is a fake review and is being investigated by Google.

I am only at the beginning of this journey of buying a property through Andrews but their professionalism, responsiveness and support from viewing to making an offer has been excellent. As a buyer, Daniel (Sales consultant) has so far provided a great service.

GoogleDuring what felt like the longest house selling experience of my life, the house is final sold. I have to thank Marcus personally for his stirling work keeping everything on point when it derailed many times, no thanks to the antics and demanding behaviour of the other selling party. Throughout the many challenges that the other seller posed, Marcus and the staff at Andrews remained professional, responsive and dedicated.

GoogleMy experience with Andrews was not good. I asked about them removing the board they erected on my premises without permission, they put me through to the Wallington branch who apologised and said it would be removed. It wasn't. I took it down and it has been laying on the front garden for the last three weeks. I have had past experience with Andrews which have not been good. Clearly in those intervening years nothing has changed.

GoogleWhilst experiencing very lengthy delays to my property purchase Arif Kahn took over my case at Christmas and worked so hard to resolve the issues for me. He has always been very helpful and has pushed hard with the solicitors so that I eventually was able to collect the keys this week. Thank you for all your time and help.

Luke showed me the property, very informative and answered all my questions (no pushy calls or emails).
