Brian (one of the estate agents at the purley branch) was extremely professional, He went out of his way to keep me well informed and was always happy to answer any of my queries. On top of that he was very friendly and genuine, which is hard to come by nowadays. GoogleI’ve made an enquiry online in order to arrange a viewing for a property to rent, when one of the agents called however I couldn’t take the call so he left a very clear voicemail and I returned the call the same day. I suppose a receptionist picked up the phone and I said I was returning a call as I enquired about the viewing of a property, she wasn’t particularly nice and said that they had no properties in Croydon (even though the property was listed online as Croydon area) at that I said they must have gone quickly as I just received a phone call about viewing one. After that she became more helpful and redirected my phone call to the correct agent (Daniel) who was very helpful and lovely. So, apart from the shoddy receptionist, overall a good service so far.

GooglePoor Service, Unacceptable attitude by rude staff towards tenants. I urge all the potential tenants not to take any properties with them as they will be good with you when you want to rent a property but as soon as you have rented they won't care about you and be partial to the Landlord. After I moved in to the property their service was really bad and when I decided to not renew the tenancy they made up lots of stuff along with Landlord and kept all my deposit. They are biased towards landlord as they are repeat business and don't care about tenants. Like said in the previous review the senior manager (Bobbie) is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Avoid dealing with them!!
