She regularly called me to keep me updated on how everything was progressing, always replied to my emails promptly, and consistently went above and beyond to help. After speaking with four estate agents, my mum and I decided to go with Andrews. The reason we chose them was that we were very impressed with Holly Tuttle and her enthusiasm and professionalism. She gave an excellent presentation when she originally came to the house and had clearly carried out a great deal of in-depth research on the area. She also demonstrated strong knowledge of our property. The house sold quickly and the whole process was straightforward. So a big thank you to Holly, and thank you to the rest of the team as well. Andrews were excellent from start to finish. They provided a reasonable market valuation based on similar properties that recently had sold in the area and quoted a competitive fee. Their professional photographer had a keen eye for detail and ensured the photographs showed the property at its best. I received several viewings and an offer within days of marketing the property. Once the sale was agreed, the sales team worked hard to keep me informed throughout the process and liaised with the solicitors and other agents within the chain to keep things on track. Many thanks

I was selling my family home under Probate, had never bought or sold a house before and what was already a stressful time became even more so when my partner and I became one of those very unlucky people who couldn't seem to move house for love nor money (None of this was the fault of Andrews - we had terrible luck with both ends of the chain at various points) Nevertheless, Andrews were with us every step of the way and every member of the team was always on hand to answer queries , take viewings and provide prompt feedback. (Honourable mention to Shannon who did most of the viewings and even went so far as to text me to let me know when they were over and I could return home!) I'd like to take a moment to give Holly a special shout out - she was our case handler and she was so unbelievably helpful. She was amazing at liasing with the other agents and solicitors in the chain and the second she found out anything she was on the phone to me and would always offer advice when asked. She was always incredibly personable and lovely to talk to and very reassuring when things got particularly stressful. Holly would always go above and beyond to get our sale and purchase over the line - at one point she was even doing other agents in the chains job for them. I have already recommended Andrews to a couple of friends who are looking to sell and will continue to do so after my experience with them; if I ever decide to sell again, Andrews will be the first people I call!
