Both Emma and Emily at the Bear Flat branch were fantastic in helping us sell our home. They always made themselves available when I needed to speak to them and they kept me updated after every viewing we had. They took the time to discuss various strategies in how to market and after following and acting on their advice we had a sale agreed within a fortnight of the first viewing and we even got a little above what we were expecting to get thanks to the way they marketed it. We have just sold our property that we bought almost 5 years ago through Andrews at Bath Bear Flat, and once again the service was excellent. The team led by Emily, kicked off the process with a measured valuation with recent proof points and professional guidance. I believe they did a really good job of trying to match our property to prospective buyers to ensure we had a good fit and high levels of follow on interest from the viewings and an acceptable offer. From thereon, the day to day team of Sophia and Connor kept the buyer and ourselves fully briefed on all aspects of the sale and helped resolve any questions raised in a friendly and professional manner. We felt very confident that the team were doing their best at all times to ensure that the buyer and ourselves were being listened to and tried to make sure that everyone was comfortable. The advert went live on the 15th October 2025 and completed on the 15th January 2026, which was excellent, especially when you consider we lost three weeks of legal time over the Xmas and New Year holidays. Very pleased with the service from the team members mentioned and the ad hoc help from the rest of the branch as and when needed. Would definitely recommend the team at Andrews Bath Bear Flat, whether buying or selling in this area.
