A big thank you to Zak and the team at Andrews for selling our mum’s house. The whole team were really helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process. Zak in particular was outstanding. We experienced difficulties in the final stages due to issues with solicitors and it looked like exchange and completion weren’t going to happen as planned. Zak worked incredibly hard contacting solicitors and other estate agents to confirm what was needed to achieve completion, contacted those individuals to ensure this happened and kept us well informed. Amazing and professional service throughout! We sold our house through Andrews, and from day one to completion, they helped us through the whole process. This was our first time selling a property, but with Andrews, they made the whole process a lot easier. I have to give a shout-out to Hamza who was incredibly supportive throughout. It is fair to say that our house sale wasn't easy. We had many viewings but no offers, then the offer we had fell through, and we finally received an offer 8 months after listing. Even after this point, there were complications with solicitor enquiries, with responses from third parties. Hamza went above and beyond, and called all the relevant third parties, calling solicitors on both sides almost daily to push things along. In addition, Hamza would call me daily to give me key updates (even when he was on annual leave!). I can honestly say, I had not expected this level of service and I would recommend Andrews to anyone who is looking to sell their property. If you are looking for a personal and credible service to sell your house, which let's face it, is stressful in itself - this is the agent for you!

I have a lot of experience as a property owner of letting agencies and have remained with this Andrews office for 9 years, way longer than any other. This is solely down to the people and the can-do culture for this office and their understanding that good communication with landlords and tenants is key. James Fox is my current property manager and is always efficient, effective and adaptive. I highly recommend him and this office in general, whether you're a prospective landlord or a tenant. I say this as one who very rarely writes reviews and, no, I'm not getting commission :)
