Great services

Janine was fab. Kept me up to date on everything and every movement. Also helped step in and prompted both solicitors sides of we didn’t receive an update. She was genuine and couldn’t seem happier for me the day I got the keys. Other staff were always so helpful and polite on the phone if Janine was out. Professional and Customized Management from Gurmit

Having been a Landlord whose properties have been managed by Andrews in Downend, Bristol since the early 2000s, the experience has changed from a personal to a more corporate approach especially in recent years. Managing agents have likewise changed with a personal and friendly relationship becoming a more client-based one. Some agents have been wonderful (who could forget Julie Robbins), others seemingly unable to cope with what must be a pressurized and sometimes thankless job. With Gurmit Kaur, I have seen a return to a professional, helpful and caring service absent for some time. I commend her for this and for maintaining her standards despite being obviously overloaded at times. Thank you Gurmit - and don't leave too soon!

From our first meeting with Emily I knew we were in safe hands, she clearly had a great understanding of the market & set realistic expectations whilst also aiming to get the best price & more importantly the best buyer for our property. She was enthusiastic & always on the end of the phone should we have any queries or questions. The rest of the team matched her enthusiasm & patience. Special shout out to Sophia & Keith too. We sold our property within a week & also had an offer accepted on our dream property.
