My brother Andrew and I recently sold our house through Andrews in Longwell Green. The service we received was excellent, the whole team was friendly and professional. However, a special mention must go to Abby Thomas, who was our main contact and looked after us throughout the sale. Abby was terrific, making sure we were kept up to date with progress and answering the many questions and queries that arose. Nothing was too much trouble. We cannot recommend Abby and the rest of the Andrews team highly enough.

We'd like to thank Billy at Andrews for being so amazing in what has been a relatively stressful property purchase. The stressful bit was a situation within the chain no fault of Billy's or Andrews but throughout the whole process I got to say Billy was calm and always available to offer support and advice. Even when there was no progress Billy would still contact to let us know, which was really appreciated. Eventually we had a breakthrough mostly down to Billy's persistent chasing of other agents within the chain. Billy is an asset to Andrews and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Company is very professional, but I would say their letting process was a bit tiring.
