GoogleI mostly dealt with Charlie in the sale of my Mother's flat. From the start, he was knowledgeable, proactive and extremely helpful. We accepted an offer within a couple of days of the property going online and although there were hiccups along the way, these were nothing to do with Andrews and in fact, Andrews, via Charlie and George were extremely pro-active and I doubt we'd have exchanged and completed today without their input to the buyers end. It was a difficult sale/purchase with Probate issues arising throughout.
There were many days when i couldn't see a way forward. Everytime this happened I contacted Andrews in Charlton Kings and they always sorted the issue. They kept my buyer onside as the probate issue continued for months. They sorted the vendors solicitors issues.
The Andrew Team's unique service is looking after their customers. I have not received such a professional service before. Well done to you.

GoogleWe viewed quite a few properties with Andrews in Charlton Kings and they always kept us posted with any new upcoming properties. They know the local market very well and have sold a number of properties in the local area. Their members of staff are very polite and responsive to my enquiries, and arrange viewings at the earliest convenience. We particularly like Ellen, who is very professional and helpful. When she knew that we needed a property within a short period of time, she arranged a private viewing for us with the vendor, so that we could view it before other buyers. She offers unbiased advice to buyers, and we really appreciate that. I think it is an estate agent you can trust to work with. They are open and honest with the buyers. They do not push you to make quick decisions, and we are very comfortable dealing with them. We will definitely come back to Andrews if we have anything to sell in the future and would highly recommend their service.
