Abby has been fantastic throughout the whole process of selling out house. She was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Thanks to her negotiation skills, we were able to achieve above the asking price for our house. She was also great at keeping things moving, regularly chasing solicitors when needed and keeping us updated every step of the way. We always felt well looked after and in safe hands. I have viewed a number of properties with Abby. Naturally I’ve seen allot of houses with allot of agents. Some better than others who just go through the motions. Abby was memorable however! Very friendly, enthusiastic yet professional. Abby had all the information & good knowledge of the property. If she didn’t know the answer to a question, she’d find out for me. She always followed up on viewings & gave me some solid advice which I genuinely appreciate. Unfortunately I bought a property elsewhere. But this has lead to a positive view of Andrews & I’d certainly use them for selling a property. Thank you!

Abby at Andrews was absolutely fantastic throughout our move, which involved a very long and complicated chain. She worked incredibly hard to keep us updated, constantly chasing other agents and solicitors and doing everything she could to push the move forward during what was a stressful process. Despite the many issues within the chain, Abby remained proactive, communicative, and genuinely committed to helping us. She even contacted me while she was on leave something we really didn’t expect just to check on progress and offer further support, which meant a great deal. Although James was acting on behalf of the seller, as buyers we had a genuinely positive experience working with him. From our first viewing, he was approachable, knowledgeable, and one of the few agents we encountered who could confidently answer questions about the property. After our offer was accepted, James became an invaluable point of contact. At times when communication from the seller’s solicitor was slow, he became our point of contact, stepped in to keep things moving and ensured we weren’t left in the dark. His proactive approach made a real difference to the pace of the transaction. We'd like to thank Billy at Andrews for being so amazing in what has been a relatively stressful property purchase. The stressful bit was a situation within the chain no fault of Billy's or Andrews but throughout the whole process I got to say Billy was calm and always available to offer support and advice. Even when there was no progress Billy would still contact to let us know, which was really appreciated.
