We had a fantastic experience purchasing our home, and a huge part of that was thanks to Nancy. From the very beginning, she made us feel relaxed and supported throughout our first home purchase! Nancy was always knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. If she didn’t have the information immediately, she was incredibly proactive and always came back to us with the answers promptly. She kept us updated every step of the way and also worked hard to chase and keep the sale moving, which really helped us complete as quickly as possible. Her professionalism, dedication, and friendly approach made the whole experience so much easier, and we always felt at ease knowing she was looking after everything. We would highly recommend Andrews estate agents and Nancy to anyone buying or selling a property.

I have been renting properties for about 20 years. I have always used Andrews for the properties I rent in Horley and have always been pleased with the service. Recently, I had 2 properties come up for rent at the same time and it was quite difficult for me as at the time I was out of the country. Andrews did a great job of quickly getting both properties rented. They even managed to organise it so the new tenants moved in on the same day. I must say, I am very impressed with the new tenants too. These days, renting is getting more and more complicated and there are more loopholes than ever and Andrews really helped me to navigate everything. I really want to say a huge thank you to the whole team but especially to Mikesh who was always quick to reply to my calls, always really helpful and very professional in his whole approach.
