I had a viewing today in Horley with Emily and Nancy and believe they deserve a 5 star rating. From the beginning of my experience with them starting from the phone call and booking the appointment they were professional and welcoming. On a arrival they were very professional and even took into account the minute details such as where people should park and came prepared with application forms. The viewing was accompanied well by Emily with direction and walk through of the rooms it’s features and benefits, and gave honest answers with regards to any queries we had. I have bought and let out two properties through Andrews over the past 5 years with excellent service. In the past year Jamie Gray quickly resolved a plumbing issue before he left the company. Stef Daniell took over and again was excellent, communicating in a timely and efficient manner. My recent contact has been with Kerry Howard who during Covid has gone the extra mile giving me practical professional advice and superbly managing an end of tenancy in considerate way with excellent communication during 'lockdown'. I would absolutely recommend Andrews lettings for a local friendly professional service and would caution against losing this personal touch by centralising services away from local branches in the future. My person of contact, Josh, who went completely above and beyond to get me the viewing albeit my unsociable work schedule and made it possible for me to buy my perfect home. A huge thank you to Josh, who dealt with me so well even when I didn't deal with it so well myself!! Once we got into the property we was greeted by Steve! Very professional and kind. Re: Kerry Howard, Property Mngr. It was regarding a substantial claim on the tenants deposit with issues being mainly cleaning as per the check out report plus outstanding rent. Kerry was a pleasure to speak to and gave a first class service from beginning to end. She was very efficient with accurate calculations, always kept me up to date with any developments and quick to respond to queries. Kerry was very amenable and helpful at all times. Overall Kerry was polite, friendly, informative and extremely pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process.

Islandria helped play a part in our (eventually) successful chain. Even though I was not directly her client I was at the bottom of the chain, whilst Islandria's clients were at the top.
