GoogleWe cannot rate the help provided by the team at Andrews Horley to sell our house too highly. Andrews at Horley gave the highest valuation and were able to find a buyer within 1 week of listing. The help and service provided by Islandria in chasing our buyer's on-line solicitors was exemplary. These solicitors were truly awful and needed Islandria to help our buyer by chasing them on a daily and hourly basis to get the deal across the line. Throughout the sale and contract period the Andrews office and Islandria provided sound advice and kept us informed at every step in the process. We would recommend Andrews to any house buyer looking for a good, proactive estate agent.

GoogleMy experience of the Lettings Agents at Andrews in Horley is that the staff lack morals - they have little sense of what is right and what is wrong. They are satisfied to repeat unsubstantiated lies and untruths, yet cannot bring themselves to apologise for any hurt which may be caused by doing so. When I sought assistance regarding the behaviour of Andrews' tenants next door, my experience was humiliating. The response of the Lettings Agents at Andrews in Horley has been unethical. The letters which they have sent have been inflammatory - being threatening in tone and containing absurd accusations which are without foundation. My impression is that the staff have no knowledge of the Terms and Conditions pertaining to Standards of Behaviour within the Tenants' Contract. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

GoogleSale of my Property, (albeit it very slow at the bottom of the chain, due to inactivity of the solicitors) was great. Property sold in 4 days with many offers & masses of viewings. The progression of this sale was dealt with on a daily basis, to get this through in a timely fashion. GoogleBen showed us round 2 houses and did a perfect job of guiding us and leaving us to wander around. He was professional the whole time, and afterward keeping in touch and keeping us informed all the time with emails and phone calls. When he says he will get back to you or send you information he does, and this is a big plus for us.
