All the guys at Andrews Cowley branch were amazing in selling my parents house in what was their real first and last move , having lived in their home for 47 years it was going to be a tough move but the best move ever to be with their daughter (me ) and all of her family down in Cornwall . Saqib , Mohammed and Jack were on it like sonic making it happen and when it almost happened but didn’t the team were back on it again , finding more potential buyers and it didn’t take long , days in fact and my folks house was sstc ….. phew …… my parents and I can’t thankyou all enough for making their dream finally happen !! Thank you 🥰🥰

A great estate agent! I dealt with Saqib during house hunting. He always kept in touch with updates and information even after working hours. He was not pushy and he really listened to what we wanted as I had a little child so he had full of useful suggestions! As he been a family man aswell His knowledge of the cowley ox4 area was excellent! I would definitely recommend Andrews to anyone and if you are lucky enough to work with Saqib then that's an added bonus...thanks alot once again to Andrews team

Andrews got loads of viewings for me. I had a dificult buyer messing us around. Andrews wouldn't bow down to him and tried to correct him for acting in bad form. We put it back on the market and thankfully Andrews found a decent person this time. I dealt with Freya and Saqib mostly and they were both excellent and very profficient in ther'e job. They chased Solicitors on both sides and kept the process flowing well. I would definitely recommend them to sell your house! Thank you again Freya and Saqib!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Andrews have been good. I’ve used them to sell a flat & buy & sell my latest house. I think I gave the game away a bit by mentioning this so didn’t get the best rate for my latest sale but that was a lesson learnt. They were always pretty open & honest with their interactions. Not as much nonsense as you get with other estate agents. I was a little disappointed that I was moved from one agent to another during the process but I think they generally employ pretty competent staff so we were in safe hands. I had to do a fair bit of chasing but I think it was strange times with the amount of houses on the market at the same time. I also think it is good that they noticed this & employed specific people to do sales progressions. Ours was great!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

This was yet another business with Andrews that we had, having bought, sold and let with them in the past. On all the previous occasions we were extremely satisfied with Andrews, how professional and friendly they have always been. This time it was also fantastic, all the communication was great and Saqib went really above and beyond with his efforts to negotiate the price with the buyers. We were extremely delighted with Andrews before so there was never a question who we would like to work with this time, really. I think we are very loyal customers but this is for a reason as they never disappointed us in any way! We do recommend Andrews and will certainly come back!
