Selling my family home was not something I was doing through choice, but through necessity, so the process was especially emotional for me. From my first meeting with Antoine, I felt that Andrews was the right estate agent to guide me through it. As I live outside the country, much of the sale had to be managed from a distance. Antoine and Max were professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout. They kept me well informed at every stage, from the viewings and selection of the buyer through to the structural survey, price negotiations and completion. Their communication, patience and attention to detail made a difficult process feel much more manageable. I always felt that I was being advised fairly, treated with respect and kept in safe hands. My questions and additional requests were taken seriously, and the final outcome was both fair and successful. I would highly recommend Andrews, and especially Antoine and Max, to anyone selling a property, particularly those going through the process for the first time, managing a sale from abroad or looking for an estate agent who combines professionalism with a genuine personal touch.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! Antoine and Max Hands were absolutely fantastic from start to finish when dealing with the sale of our property. Initially Max led on the arrangements around viewings and feedback which although frustrating at times but Max never allowed us to get down on it and he remained positive and determined. We would regularly talk around plans and how to make sure we could get the sale and finally that happened at a price we were happy with. From there Antoine took over and I have to say this man puts everything in for he's customers, due to issues constantly with solicitors messing around (It was horrific), Antoine and Max spent months chasing, speaking to other estate agents and solicitors and generally keeping mine and my wife's spirits up which was tough at times. Finally In November 25 we got everything over the line and I will say with certainty that if it hadn't been for Antoine, Max and Bruce then we wouldn't be in the house we love.
