Great service from start to finish particularly from Antoine & Bruce! Bruce valued our property prior to sale and was straight talking with sound advice. Antoine went above & beyond particularly when things were not progressing and was able to prompt the solicitors & buyers which was invaluable. Whole team were polite, friendly & reliable. Particularly liked that someone would always come back to you if a message was left/email sent - - never had to chase the estate agents! Thankyou! Would definitely recommend!

I had never had such a great experience with the Estate Agents. In our case, both party lawyers were useless till Andrews Sutton jumped to deal all of the parties. The deal could collapse 100 times if Katies from Andrews Sutton would not arrange the communication with all parties including from seller's lawyers, and my (lawyers). I am glad that the seller had chosen Andrews to sell their properties and that in the end, we exchanged the contacts successfully. Andrew’s acted for us when we had to sell the house after a bereavement and although we had one of the bumpiest house selling experiences of our lives (not that we buy or sell very often), they finally got us to completion with a better than expected price.
