GoogleEmily Snell was friendly and professional when showing us around a local property. Following our offer the Andrews team have been great advising and helping us as we are new to the process. We opted to use Andrews in-house mortgage and conveyancing partners which has been extremely convenient as any issues were completed quickly and efficiently without any added stress. GoogleThe service we received from the day we had our property appraised by Abi to the day we exchanged contracts and completed was above and beyond at every single point. I felt the Sales Team of Abi Brewer and Tayo Harrington did everything I could have asked for in getting our property sold, they came up with different marketing strategies during quite a difficult period just after the first lockdown. Then there was the sales progressor Tessa Lawrence, who is an absolute gem to the Team at Andrews Newbridge. If she hadn't worked so hard and tirelessly on our file I am sure there would have been a different outcome. Tessa was always there at the end of the phone for me and would have often already done what I was ringing to ask her to do such is her proactive nature. I would happily recommend Andrews Newbridge to anyone who was willing to listen to me shout about how good they are!

GoogleI recently purchased a property from this branch of Andrews. The property was at the bottom of a long chain but when things got slow, Tayo or Tessa was always there to follow things up and speed things along. There was a slightly delay in the timeline but was very happy Andrews helped to get this purchase over the line.

GoogleAndrews and Nakita in particular were brilliant when viewing a house during the current COVID climate. Nakita was very helpful communicating with the seller, and always responded very quickly. They really took a lot of the stress out of putting an offer on a house. Very impressed, especially as a first time buyer who is new to the whole process!

GoogleSharing my latest feedback on Claire, We had 2 viewings with her recently where we found she was just fantastic. Made the whole process so honest, upfront, with no pressure, no messing around. We have viewed 10-15 properties and had to say she was by far the best advisor we have come across in our search. She gave us time to take a look around. Was honest in her assessment in the property. No pressure in the sale, which if anything made us more assured we would want to go with Andrews. None of this 15 mins and you're out, of course you are on a time line but it didn't feel like that. Sadly on a assessment from a professional the property needed more work than we could take on. But will be keeping an eye out for further properties with Andrews as i know the service has been second to none over competitors.

GoogleThe Newbridge branch has provided us with excellent service throughout our house buying/selling experience. They have showed patience and Tayo and Abi have helped us achieve a good price for our property. We have viewed several properties with Tayo and he always provides excellent knowledge and helps us to visualise how we can make the house work for us. The branch provides a personal service which you may not expect from a bigger agent but we have found them to be excellent.

GoogleI was so impressed with the communication from Andrews during the Covid lockdown and the provisions they have put in place to keep their staff and clients safe. A smartview slideshow preceded each viewing, and really helped to narrow down choices and identify any deal-breakers or burning questions before making what could otherwise have been an unnecessary journey. The sales office staff were excellent and in many ways I wish the property I have now chosen was on the market with this branch of Andrews; as they are very efficient and professional to deal with!

GoogleI was very impressed with the service provided by Andrews. Tayo, in particular, was excellent. He was very proactive in getting the property onto the market quickly and arranging viewings. An open day was arranged very quickly, which generated 3 offers. My experience with Andrews was great and everyone was extremely helpful. If I needed an estate agent in the local area again I would definitely use them.
