We contacted the southville branch to sell our house and Lisa was so efficient. She is always friendly on the phone and nothing is too much for her. She is always really responsive with emails and she gives me lots of updates and chases everyone to ensure things are progressing quickly and smoothly. I always feel things are in hand and that she has a handle on everything so I don’t need to worry. I could not recommend her and Andrew’s enough. I would not use anyone else to sell.

Meeting Elena for the first time outside the property I was going to be shown, I was instantly at ease. She listened to what I did and didn't like and she would use the information to provide me properties better tailored to my preferences. Also, whist making the appointment I informed her that I was worried that I would miss the viewing as I struggle with memory issues regardless of reminders, alarms etc Elena went out of her way to send different forms of reminders prior to the meeting. All in all I only have positive things to say about Elena.

Andrew's have been excellent to deal with. After a really complicated and ultimately failed process with another agency, I begun to look again at flats to buy... which is when I had a viewing with Elena Grant. Elena was super friendly and we had a really nice conversation during the viewing. I confided in her about my failed flat purchase before, in an area and building I really liked. She recalled another flat she had in the same building and I organised a viewing with her. Second time around with Andrew's/Elena, the process was really simple and they have continued to support me and help me through the process. Considering the start of my purchasing journey seemed a complicated nightmare, Elena and Andrew's have given me the opposite experience, and a really easy, professional and friendly service. Ultimately, they helped me get the flat I really wanted. Thank you Elena and Andrew's for everything.

Although I wasn’t the client (I’m the buyer), from the very beginning, Lisa Bird-Parsons went above and beyond to answer my questions, arrange viewings, and keep communication clear and consistent not only with my but also my solicitor throughout the process.
