⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience with Andrews Property Group, and especially with Lorna, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. From the very beginning, Lorna was friendly, professional and always happy to help. She kept us updated, responded quickly to our questions and made what could have been a very stressful moving process feel so much easier. Even when we had a few issues with the referencing and paperwork, she was patient and supportive and helped us get everything sorted. Her communication and attention to detail were excellent, and we always felt that we were in good hands. We are now happily settled into our new home, and we really appreciate all the help Lorna gave us along the way. Thank you so much, Lorna, for all your hard work and support. I wanted to update my review and give credit where it is due. Monika Lami came back today and sorted the lock/security issue for me, and she was amazing as usual. I had been very worried as the issue had been ongoing and related to the security of my flat, but once Monika was back, she took ownership straight away and helped resolve everything quickly and professionally. I am generally very satisfied with the property and the service offered by Andrews Estate Agents in High Barnet. Lorna Pigott has been efficient and direct in her communication, and overall the experience has been positive. That said, I do feel there is some room for improvement in how certain requests are handled. Not all of my requests were met with the level of clarity, or explanation I would have expected. At times, responses were very short and direct; while some clients may appreciate that style, I occasionally felt that requests were (not) met without much context or reasoning. Overall, I am happy with the service, but clearer and more considerate communication would make the experience even better.

I have used Andrews for Sales and Letting and have found them to be the best there is. First I had only one property manged by them but now they manage both my properties. Lorna, Tara and Monica are all amazing but my special thanks and appreciation goes out to Lorna who always goes out of her way to help and arrange things for me which help with the smooth transition of tenants. Lorna has been very helpful during the last couple of weeks in a situation where my dad had a tenant moving out of his flat and a new tenant moving in the same week but as my dad was away it was left to me to sort out paperwork, get bits repaired in the flat and professionally cleaned in that short space of time. Thankfully Lorna was there to advise and assist throughout the process as it was all a new learning for me and we managed to complete in time 🙌🏼
