We couldn’t recommend Duaa Khan at Andrews Balham highly enough. From the moment we met, Duaa was incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely invested in finding us the right home. What really stood out was her approach. Duaa explained that for her, it’s about finding the tenants who suit the property and the property that suits the tenants, rather than simply trying to get someone through the door. That really came across and was genuine and sincere. She listened to what we were looking for, understood what mattered to us and was honest and helpful throughout the process. The property search has been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster for us, and having someone as lovely, responsive and reassuring as Duaa made such a difference. We always felt that she genuinely wanted us to find somewhere that was right for us, and boy did she deliver! She went above and beyond and we’re incredibly grateful for all her help. Great service from Muhammad Arslan at Andrews Balham ✅ I had a frustrating start with another agent who didn’t reply or follow up. However when this property came back on the market, Muhammad Arslan took over and made all the difference. He arranged the viewing, helped push for an earlier move-in date that suited me, and kept chasing all parties to make sure everything went through. Even after the deal was done, he still helped me resolve issues with the landlord. Very professional, helpful and dedicated. I’m moving in tomorrow thanks to his support, highly recommended!

RE: Streatham/Balham - Michelle - End of tenancy Long overdue! We just wanted to massive thank you to Michelle! She is brilliant! We was evicted unexpectedly in November, so whilst we was sorting out everything in emergency/hectic manner. We expected our property manager to do her part as well regarding the admin etc, in the office after we have moved out the property. Long story short after a week we've contacted Andrews Estate Agents as we didn't hear from our property manager, accidentally got through to Balham branch and Michelle answered. Explained what has happened, then she told that us that she is on annual leave (we wasn't aware this) Michelle looked our profile there was no handover information for her to have a look or confirm what I've informed her, then Michelle just said give me "5mins I will call you back" kept her promise...
