I came into the office recently to find out some information and ask a few questions about properties, and I was lucky enough to be helped by Grace from sale and Tom from lettings. From the start, they were friendly, approachable, and really took the time to understand my situation. Grace made the whole mortgage process feel a lot less overwhelming. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident at every step. Nothing ever felt rushed, and I genuinely felt like she had my best interests in mind. Thanks to her help, I was able to move forward with getting my mortgage, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’d highly recommend Grace and Tom to anyone looking for honest, professional, and supportive advice.

We had an excellent experience using Andrews. They already had someone on their books who was looking for a property like ours, so in a very slow market our house sold very quickly. Becca was incredibly proactive in ensuring everything went smoothly. Her response times to any queries were extremely fast, and she was excellent at keeping everyone informed of progress. I would happily recommend them. If we were to use Andrews again, however, I would source my own Solicitor and not use the one Andrews suggested.

After a bad experience with another agent I switched to Andrew’s Estate Agents and could not be happier. Becca and Grace were professional, friendly and a real pleasure to work with. Contracts and documents were sent out quickly, and emails were always answered promptly. From instruction to going live took less than a week. They were always available when needed, and the icing on the cake was Grace finding a buyer on the very first day my property was listed. The whole process was as smooth and stress free as selling a house can be. Highly recommend.

Their team is great, not least Rebecca who managed the process with support from Grace from the start to now. Becca is professionally highly qualified for the job (our perception) and really understand the market and it's intricacies; she also treats clients with utmost respect and care. She often goes beyond her official mandate to help clients as friends and real people. We are not sure if we would have really come to the stage of exchange and near completion without her. Working with Andrews was a pleasure. I was buying a property, and they were always on hand to answers questions both over phone and email. Lizzie was dealing with the deal, and she was fantastic throughout the whole process. At the start of looking around, they weren't pushy in showing me properties that didn't suit my criteria, and they were very honest about what they thought was good and bad about each property I looked at with them. The further things got along, their communication was great and they were very supportive when I had questions that the seller knew the answer to. I feel they went above and beyond a number of times to help get everything over the line. In the future, I'd definitely use Andrews to sell because it was great working with them as a buyer.
