Andrew’s North Cheam Office - From the first viewing right through to exchange and completion, the service I received from Andrew’s was exceptional. A huge thank you to Andrew B and Megan M for managing the sale progression so professionally throughout the entire purchase. They were proactive, transparent, and always keeping all parties aligned and ensuring momentum was never lost. Communication was excellent throughout, whether it was arranging viewings, liaising with solicitors, chasing updates or helping navigate the inevitable bumps along the way. They handled everything with real professionalism and care. Special thanks goes to Simon M the in-house mortgage broker, whose support was invaluable from offer stage through to mortgage offer and completion. His knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and ability to explain the process clearly made a huge difference. Simon was always available to answer questions, provide reassurance, and ensure everything progressed smoothly and on time. I cannot thank him enough and recommend him completely to anyone purchasing a property. Purchasing a property can often feel overwhelming but this team genuinely made the experience far less stressful. We had an excellent experience with our mortgage broker Simon Murray from start to finish. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at first, but Simon made everything so much easier to understand and guided us every step of the way. He worked incredibly hard to find us the cheapest mortgage deal available, taking the time to explain all our options clearly and making sure we were comfortable with every decision. Having dealt with another local agent who was possibly the worst ever to deal with, Megan felt like a gift from above! We had been looking for over a year when the most perfect house came to market. Megan arranged for us to see it the SAME DAY after work. She was full of energy, didn't make us feel rushed. Answered all she could. She had a notebook with handwritten information about the property in it - she clearly takes her job seriously. When you've dealt with 10 estate agents who treat you like cattle, someone like Megan really stands out. Offer was put in and she kept us updated throughout. She replied to all emails promptly. I am typing this from the front room of the house she helped us buy!!! Megan deserves all the praise in the world. Sorry it took us so long to leave this review !

Akuwa Arhu​​​​ is a sales consultant who showed me all the properties through Andrews. Given my experience with big Agents out there, i was really impressed with Andrews, Akuwa in paticular. Akuwa presented the properties professionally and really understood all properties I viewed with her. Unfortunately, I did not find any through Andrews, but it was really refreshing not to have sales pushed down on me. It was clear Akuwa took time to show me properties that met what I was looking for.as opposed to showing me properties to satisfy vendors that they have potential sales. As a potential buyer and having seen several properties, Akuwa was so patient and truly unferstood my needs and clearly undrstood details of the vendors properties. if I were selling a property I would want a company or.peson with this approach. I wouldn't want forceful.sales and.people feeling uncomfortable, which seems.to be the norm at present. Looking for a property to make a home can be stressful and having a professional sales consultant managing this professionally helps so much in making it easier and manageable.
