GoogleWhen I decided to move house in June I asked three local estate agents to value my home. After listening to all three I decided to sell through Andrews and what a good decision it was. Mathew and I agreed on a asking price and the house went on the market. No silly selling strategies just straight forward selling by good people. Julia worked very hard on the viewings matching the right buyers to my house and my house was under offer within a week, for more money than the other two agents valued it at.

Vinny who showed us round was professional and adhered to all the COVID precautions in the correct way, was very open and personable.
David who dealt with the offer and acted as the middle man keeping both sides on track, we had a weeks delay on completion but this was because David was not kept in the loop. Once he was involved things moved again with concise and speedy communication and we completed one week later.
All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend both buying and selling through Andrews North Cheam.

GoogleMy wife and I were selling our first property and being the first time we'd be selling a house we wanted the cheapest price. We found an agent with low fees however never could a saying be truer "you get what you pay for". We delayed moving a whole year due to our previous agents being so poor.
We first came across Andrews - North Cheam on a viewing we had with them and from start to finish Julia was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Julia was very in depth and knew everything there was to know about the property which was fantastic - she'd definitely done her homework. We then reached out to Matt to discuss selling our house via Andrews. All was well and we had it up with them with numerous viewings and they would consistently keep us up to date with feedback.
After receiving an offer on ours and accepting we looked for a few weeks to see what was available and couldn't find anything that appealed to us. We called Matt by chance one Saturday after a series of disappointing viewings with other agents, asked him if there were any houses locally that fitted the bill of what we were after and he informed us of one that we'd not seen. Long story short, we were viewing the property 45 minutes later, put in an offer on the same day and Andrews worked so hard to get everything sorted for us.
Absolutely fantastic - it wasn't all smooth sailing but we liked is that they were up front and doing everything they could to sort.

GoogleAlthough our house sale and purchase wasn't as straight forward as it should have been, we received great service from Brian who was dealing with our purchase and Matt who was dealing with our sale. Both worked very hard but Matt went above and beyond to ensure we understood what was happening and what needed to be done. His communication was top notch and we found him friendly, personable and cheerful even on days when he must've been as frustrated at us. I think by the end of our process, we had spoken to pretty much everyone in the team and found them all to be professional and helpful.
