They were a brilliant go between with the solicitors which really helped when the process seemed to be at a standstill. Without their help, we don't think the sale would've taken place. GoogleAndrews got us £45,000 more than our nearest other valuation. They are simply the best agent and we would recommend them to any person looking to sell in the area. They are very helpful and always available to discuss the sale as it progressed. Without their expert help we would not have been able to get through the process. GoogleTwo years last October that my mother's flat went on the market and this agent has done absolutely nothing to promote it at all. All we have had is excuse after excuse and requests to lower the price while similar flats in the same block have come on the market and been sold in the interim. No attempt to come back and re-photograph the flat since it has been emptied. I am NOT impressed.

GoogleWhat a fantastic Estate agent. They helped me through my lowest moment. Moving house is a stressful time. But the whole team where with me all the time. From valuation to exchange they chased everything for me. Always there to help, even late in the evening. The team are very professional and know how to handle people.
