I have nothing but praise for Andrews. From the moment we met the first estate agent they have been professional, responsive to all communication and extremely helpful and reassuring through the stressful process of selling our home and buying our next one. Ellie handled the sale of our property and was fantastic. She was extremely personable and knew our property inside and out so was able to do a brilliant job of showing people around. She was always quick to pick up the phone or answer emails and kept us up to date. On the rare occasions when she was not available James was also extremely helpful and professional and provided excellent cover. Jeannette then covered the period between a sale being agreed and the eventual exchange of contracts. She was great at liaising between all parties in the chain and the solicitors, keeping up the momentum and helping us to get a date for completion agreed. Cannot recommend Andrew’s enough, we met with Eva who’s been so helpful & so reassuring this whole time. I have had a fantastic experience with Andrews who helped me with the sale of my home. I had dealt with a number of their colleagues (Ellie, Ella-May) through the sale process and they were very professional and understanding of our circumstances with the chain involved in the sale and always kept me informed. In particular I want to commend and thank Joshua Watkin for his professionalism and support in the last week of the exchange process with the potential of the chain collapsing due to events outside our control. Joshua was the only person manning the office in those crucial days but he dealt with all of his workload and supported us by communicating with the rest of the chain so that the dependencies were resolved and the exchange could go ahead. I cannot thank him enough as undoubtedly his efforts helped us through completion. Thank you once again Joshua and the team at Andrews!
