We asked more than 1 estate agent to value our house and went with Andrews as we felt Scott Rea was the most interested in us and our plans rather than just our property. Unfortunately we went 'live' 3 days before lockdown but throughout that period Adam Toubi kept us posted with progress and continued to market our property. After restrictions were lifted Scott found us a buyer very quickly and we exchanged contracts at the end of August. I would recommend Andrews to any potential seller

we called Andrews for a valuation Scott Rea turned up on time and gave a very profesional service explaining everything about the process in lay mans terms.we are still in the early stages but he still keeps in touch. We have a great experince with Adam Toubi he has kept us updated with emails and phone calls, he keeps communication open with us when he says he will, which for us is very reassuring. please continue the very high standard which we are recieving through to completion thanks Andy Lynn Tofte

Initially great service when booking a viewing, agent was 10 mins late for the appointment with no phone call to advise. Agent was not that knowledgeable on the property and numerous questions were left unanswered still waiting a reply 4 days later all we keep being told is there another 4 people interested and we need to act quickly. When calling to query both staff i spoke to were not really helpful and i was made to feel as if i was a burden. Will not use Andrews again there are plenty of other agents in the area that actually seem to care about service and not just money.

Fantastic service from Scott Rea and his wonderful team. Originally got a quote to sell from another estate agents, but Andrews bet the price by a considerable amount. Scott took some great pictures of my place and put together a great marketing pack. They spent a lot of effort arranging an open day and general viewings. I was kept up to date and well informed throughout the process, via email and phone calls. They got lots of people to view my property and in the end achieved a very good price for me, much better than I was expecting. Very happy with Scott and his team, thank you.

I recently chose to go with Andrews to sell my first property in Bexhill. I had initially tried a different local estate agent with very poor results. My main point of contact was Scott Rea and he was fantastic throughout the whole process. They got lots of viewings through the door and the property sold quickly. After being on the market for a month with an agent that had dine diddly squat we approached Andrews and Scott Rea was our agent and he couldn't have worked hard enough and he was always in contact keeping us updated on all viewings. Fantastic service from Scott, professional at all times. Of the three Estate Agents I contacted for the initial valuation, Scott was the only one to follow up and appeared the most sales hungry. House sold in one month and for 10k more than one of his competitors valuation. Lots of viewings, I was kept up to date with everything that was going on. My partner and I had the house we were living in sold and we have been struggling to find somewhere else. I phoned Andrews asking after a property to rent. Unfortunately for us it wasn't available. I got a bit upset as I was worried about being homeless and the lady from the lettings department on the end of phone took time out of her day to talk to me, explain things and offer a sympathic ear. She was so helpful and kind and understanding. So put me at ease and calmed me down and for the first time in a few weeks I had hope and smiled. I ended the phone call feeling positive. I then sent an email to say thank you and had a lovely gentleman, Scott, who called me to check on me and express his thanks for my email. I can not recommend this estate agent enough, their customer care is second to none. And despite being unable to rent through them they have offered help and advice. I recently put in an offer for my first flat with Andrews in Hastings and I'm very pleased to have gone with them because their service is prompt, polite, and helpful. Less than 24 hours after emailing to express interest in a property and listing the attributes I was looking for in a property in the area, Scott called me to introduce himself, listen to the reasons why I was looking to buy in Hastings, and delve deeper into the kind of thing I wanted. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to come up with a list of properties I could be interested in and how attentive he was, emailing me further properties as they were listed. He put me in touch with Sean who is helping me find a suitable mortgage, and the pair of them are happy to answer all my (many) questions promptly. When showing me around properties, Scott gave me honest answers to my questions about the properties themselves, the areas they were in, and the local amenities, which has helped me make an informed decision. So far, I have been very impressed with the service provided by Andrews and am looking forward to keeping the ball rolling with them now my offer had been accepted.

I WENT TO COLLECT MY HOUSE KEYS TO A HOUSE I LEGALLY OWN . THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY KEYS AND CALLED THE POLICE. They also have refused to withdraw it from the market they are sewer rats WHO LIKE TO THINK they can do as they like with other peoples property.. we will be seeing about that with a solicitor letter to remind them who legally owns the house .. This is a company that lie ,AMONGST THERE SELFS and to address there lies THEY THREATEN YOU WITH THE POLICE. Steer clear unless you won’t to end up down the old bill station.. And it cost me £100 to gain access to a property I legally own
