Barbara was so helpful and proactive and kept me updated on the progress with the buyer and the solicitors at every step. We dealt with Brian from Andrews, he has been amazing from the start we actually viewed a property with him to begin with and decided to have him market our house in Morden. It was such an easy process after a few days of being on the market our house was sold! There wasnt even time for a for sale board to go up. We had previously listed with another agent for 5+ months without any avail. Brian isn't just a top bloke but also has so much experience in the market, he really is an asset to Andrews. Really good! As soon as we came to see the property, Sammee was already there waiting for us. Secondly, when introducing the flat, Sameer was transparent in the sense that he showed us and told us exactly what the apartment was and actually, most of the time, he just allowed us to see it for what it was and make our own conclusions.
