The reason I’m sharing this now, many years later is that it has mentally affected me. I struggle now to rent, deal with property issues and not to mention the losses I incurred back then. I let my property through Andrew’s and it became a cannabis factory. However, it was a year later or so that the police called me to inform me that the Andrew’s employee was involved in this and was being tried for fraud along with other counts. He was sourcing properties and forging references with his girlfriend and as a result there were 8 cannabis factories and a few brothels that were later discovered. I had to go to court and the whole experience was traumatic. I was in constant fear that there would be repercussions on me. He was found guilty. But the emotional trauma not to mention the financial losses I incurred were significant.

As far as marketing the property they didn't have to do much as a buyer went into their office and offered on the house immediately after my Mum's passing. Dfficulties as paperwork was so old and house been in my family since 1924, never bought or sold. The staff, Antonelli and Elvis were very helpful but.... management not so helpful. I requested a call with a senior member about this, found him patronising maybe because I am female. Took all the papers which were very large sheets and written in pen and ink to their office, scanned, photocopied and finally got the go ahead to accept the sale, buyers soilcitor not easy either. Good profit for Andrews for minimum work. The staff in the office were all understanding and did everything possible in a difficult situation to bring the sale to a satisfactory conclusion eventually.PositiveResponsiveness

The team at Andrews Morden are very Professional, Caring and provide an excellent service. We lost our buyer, which caused the chain to break. Elvis., found another buyer within a short time, which elevated some of the stress. Julia called the other parties in the chain to keeping everyone updated in the weeks before exchange of contract. My Mum chose Andrews as she purchased the house from them 43 years ago. They service is excellent, and just as good today as it was back then. I recently purchased my first property with Andrews Morden and their service was excellent. Started off with a rocky start as the first appointment viewing was a no show, with no email or call to let me know that agent was sick, these things happen. Once I contacted the branch with my complaints, Julia Francis was the amazing and the best - she provided the best customer service one could ask for, helping to quickly rearrange the viewing. During the viewing she was helpful and insightful, showing a great rapport with my family & I. Kept us up to date and was always on hand for any issues/questions.
