Jennie has been really helpful throughout a fairly stressful situation with a leak and electrical issue at the property. She responded quickly, arranged contractors promptly, and kept us updated throughout. When things became more complicated, she handled everything professionally and made sure the issue was properly investigated rather than just patched. She has been approachable and easy to deal with, which has made a big difference, and we really appreciate her support while everything is being sorted.

Reviewing the flat viewing and application process only as I haven't rented the flat yet. Communication was clear and prompt, and the staff helpful. They could answer all my questions, and were willing to ask the landlord if I had any further ones too. Rebekah cheerful and friendly which is something nice to find in a letting agent! The were on time and let me spend a little longer taking pictures that I needed. James was quite straightforward and told me more about Bristol and the local area, which was valuable in making a decision.
