If I could give zero stars I would!!! Tom came out and looked around the house and gave us a valuation, and honestly, I couldn't fault him at all - friendly and professional. But Tom left, and nobody else in the office seems capable of doing anything. I have had to chase them up for responses to emails as they do not communicate. The photos they had done were terribl, so Megan came out to do more, and whilst she was likeable in person, she was slow to communicate. I ended up cancelling my contract with them and have gone elsewhere, but they still have my house on their website, so my new agent cannot go ahead and put it on theirs. This typifies the service you get and the extra stress you end up under, as you run around in circles trying to get them to do their job!

I am a first-time buyer with no knowledge on mortgages or the buying process. William Greggory helped me (at my pace) understand what a mortgage is and how it works. I was then able establish my affordability based on my current situation. I was then able to obtain a DIP without a hard credit check with ease through Will. I was then guided through the viewing process and support throughout until I had an offer accepted. Me and will set regular review meetings to ensure I was still on board and that I fully understood the next steps. Will then took all my paper work and made it super easy as I didn’t know what docs was required. Will was then able to get a mortgage offer for me when a few other brokers have struggled. Even after the offer was produce will still offered his services to support until completion. I am dearly grateful for Will and his services without him I’d be another first-time buyer being influenced/up sold by commission hungry brokers. I was never under that impression with Will. My needs was always put first even if he had other customers or it was outside traditional working hours. Great job, Well done Will!! Thank you!!

The team seem really friendly and Emily who has been dealing with my property has delivered on everything she's said. There is no over hyping she had exceeded what she promised her quote was spot on and what she said would happen was bettered. Really not impressed with a recent failure of advertised sale in regards to a property on battle road. Advertised as an auction online, initially enquired and advised will go to auction and no mention of taking offers, enquired again once I knew my schedule to book a viewing and told property had sold. Really not professional, as a cash buyer I could have made an offer at any point if that's was stated by the sales team. Really not impressed if that's how they do business, and I will making enquires to ensure no codes of practice have been broken.

Hire them. We interviewed all the agents on the High Street as our house sale was tricky and time sensitive. Jack was the person who looked at our house, he spoke highly of his team, was knowledgeable of the area and current house prices, confident with out being arrogant and brought a folder of valuable information. He also had some good easy tips to increase house value. Immediately before the house was listed we were doing back to back viewings due to an extensive phone bank. This lead me to meeting the team. Imogen secured the sale and really went above and beyond in making everything easy. I know we got the best price we could especially as we needed a quick sale on our beloved family home. A special shout out to Emily and Steffan who always made sure to call when they had finished. The team got us so many viewings in lockdown, that attention to detail was very helpful. Having lawyers associated has also made things progress in a smooth and efficient manner, whilst having a dedicated sales associate to monitor the sale is also wonderfully reassuring and something I wish previous estate agents in our past had done. I have been extremely satisfied with how Andrews have handled the sale of my property. My property was listed with a different company for 4 months with no success; I moved to Andrews and received the offer we wanted after the FIRST viewing. Incredible.
