We cannot recommend Andrews Tewkesbury enough! We were looking for a property to rent, which wasn’t easy task during Christmas and lockdown period. Thanks to Hayley, we are now in a perfect house and we are so grateful to her for going extra mile to make this happen. Hayley was very professional and thorough throughout the whole process. Andrews Estate Agents in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire sold my late Mother's house for the full guide price on the very first day without the property going' live' on the internet. We chose Andrews having had three market valuations . The reason for our choice being that their representative, Jack Davies, was the only one of the three who had clearly done some research and preparation before the visit to the house. Jack is not only an extremely likeable young man but is also clearly very thorough. One assumes that hopefully, he has the potential to have a very successful career ahead of him. What a fab company! We were really nervous about moving and unsure about the best way to move forward. We took advice from Stefan in branch regarding the mortgage who took the time to review our full circumstances and suggested an action plan for letting our property and using mortgages to buy our new home AND another rental property to ensure we had a stable pension income. We have now completed this process and have just let the our previous home and our new property through Andrews, the team have been brilliant finding a tenant straight away for a great price! Very professional service. Arranged viewings with us to fit our schedule and multiple addresses together. Tom and Stefan were very knowledgeable on the properties they had available and were able to recommend properties based on our needs. They also put us in touch with a mortgage advisor. Although we did not buy a property through Andrews, we are still using the mortgage advisor to purchase a property. The advice we have received had been very useful and moving forwards fees there are very reasonable. I would recommend Andrews.
