We had a fantastic experience with Andrews. In particular a big shout out to Drew, who was the agent working with us to sell our home. We had a very lengthy and problematic selling process, however Drew’s positivity, determination and professionalism helped to make the process smoother, quicker and less stressful. We cannot thank him enough for the work he put in and I know compared to other agents he went above and beyond. During the selling of our property we actually lost our first buyer, as their chain had broken down. Thus happened in a Friday , our house was put back on the market on the Monday. By Tuesday of that week, we had a new buyer. This was down to the hard work of another of Andrew’s staff - Junior. Many, many thanks.

It was a great pleasure dealing with Andrews of Balham. We had the unfortunate challenge of securing a tenancy due to not meeting the financial criteria with a private rental. When we met Richard at the viewing he was very kind and professional. He answered all of our questions and he was very proactive in assisting us with getting our offer made on the property which we were very excited about. Richard had great communication with us along the process. Himself and David initiated a meeting with the landlady which helped us get our offer accepted together with our garantor. I found Drew and Junior very professional in their handling of the sale of our flat from the initial visit to take pictures and giving us a price when marketing. We were shown comparable properties to ours to ensure our price was not over inflated. Drew and Junior were very respectful when bringing around buyers. They did not give up on marketing our home although it was third time lucky with a buyer. Drew also supported in finding a removals firm. We are very grateful to them for helping our dream come true.
