I have recently been supported by Andrew's Wallington after I was issued with a no fault eviction from a previous tenancy. Laila Von Trapp is a star to be honest. She set me up with a viewing of the current tenancy that I've got and had supported me all the way through from setting up the possibility of it happening to moving in. I wrote a review about her when I had been set up with my previous tenancy and she is one of the reasons why I would want to keep using Andrew's. I would also like to mention Sarah Ford in relation to the current tenancy for selling the flat to me when I viewed it. Sarah is one of those agents who says that she is very happy for me that I've landed on my feet but that detracts from how good she comes across in doing her job and I'm more grateful for agents like her than I am happy for my own well-being.

Andrews has been amazing with my managed letting. From my first meeting with Hayley to getting the tenant in, I have not had to worry about anything. It was nice to have being with Andrews at Wallington. Andrews has found us a perfect home for us. The team have done a brilliant job for us as a family especially Sarah Ford. Sarah makes people feels at ease and comfortable at home plus easy to make conversations with her. Sarah is like a sister to me that will never be forgotten in our family. I brought a ground floor flat in…WARMLEY

I brought a ground floor flat in Warmley Bristol from Andrews estate agents . The staff lied to me about the property, because they had a customer from hell. I was told I don’t need a survey done. How wrong they were. The flat is covered in mould. Cracks on the outside wall, and so on. . I had to replace the bathroom and kitchen. They squeezed has much money out of me for the customer . I discovered after the sale, the vender did have the property up for sale 5 times with Andrews estate agents in longwell green Bristol. They were desperate to sale to get their commission. I am still furious from a year on wards. I will not be selling my flat with Andrews if I decide to move in the future.
