We chose Andrews for the sale of our property for a number of reasons; they were professional, prompt and understanding to our anxieties around listing before we had found somewhere ourselves and were not pushy at all, really following our lead. Paula was fantastic in managing the initial process, which resulted in a huge number of viewings! Between Paula and Charlie, who created a beautiful brochure, and Alex who conducted most of the viewings, we were blown away by their commitment and genuine care towards the property and sale. Throughout the selling process, we hit some unexpected bumps in the road, but Paula and Charlie navigated these calmly, following up with buyers and solicitors to facilitate the process. Despite these issues, we still managed to complete within a very respectable timeframe. We are very grateful for the hard work and dedication of the team, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I had a really positive experience with the team throughout the process of securing my rental property. Greg and Ella especially were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. We recently used Andrew’s Stroud branch to sell our home, and also our onwards purchase. They have been nothing but helpful from the beginning and I can’t give them enough credit for all they’ve had to do to get our chain through to completion. We found the property we wanted so needed to sell fast, and had our house on the market within a few days and it sold within 12 days (in winter!). There were some pretty difficult hurdles to overcome within the chain, but the staff were so helpful and put up with my multiple phone calls a day with endless questions, and didn’t seem phased by my pestering!!! In particular, Alex has been an absolute saint and we are so grateful for all the time he put in to sorting out things. Also a big thanks to Shayla who would provide reassurance and a listening ear! All staff have been brilliant and we’ve been so pleased with the service provided.

Overview: We have been clients of Andrews Property Management for nearly two decades. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, their service was consistently reliable and professional. However, during the pandemic, we noticed a decline in professionalism and responsiveness, with communication becoming slow and service quality falling short of our expectations. Despite these challenges, Andrews has since made significant improvements. In particular, Giles has been instrumental in turning things around. Through our personal relationship and his role in property management, he has demonstrated exceptional dedication. Giles has been proactive in managing our properties, especially given our overseas location, and has effectively addressed any issues that arose. His efforts have restored our confidence in their services. Overall, Andrews Property Management remains a solid benchmark for property management. While there were difficulties during the pandemic, their recent performance, particularly under Giles’s leadership, has been commendable. I have been really impressed with Andrews. The whole team have been friendly, professional, and helpful through the whole process of buying my first home. All the time, from the very first moment I contacted Andrews, I felt supported and well looked after. Buying a house can be stressful, but the team made everything much easier and more organised than I expected. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Very poor experience from start to finish. This has honestly been one of the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Communication was difficult, the whole process was unnecessarily stressful, and simple matters were made far more complicated than they needed to be. The handling of the tenancy issues at the end was particularly poor. Rather than dealing with matters fairly and reasonably, there seemed to be constant resistance, inconsistency and very little effort to resolve things in a practical way. I found Charlotte Jobbins especially difficult to deal with throughout, which only added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, the service felt unhelpful, badly managed and lacking in professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Andrews to anyone.
