We can’t thank Emily and her team at the Stroud office enough for their excellent efforts in selling our property. At our first initial consultation with Emily she was professional, enthusiastic and friendly and we were confident in her selling our house. Her team took a lot of the stress out of the selling process, and we knew we could rely on Emily and her team to have everything in hand so we could manage our family life at the same time. Emails and phone calls were responded to promptly which we very much appreciated. Emily went above and beyond to ensure our house sale went to plan, even hand delivering paperwork to our solicitors which was a 5 hour round trip during the postal strike. We can’t thank her and her team at the Stroud office enough for what they’ve done for us. We would definitely recommend Andrews.

Seems unfair to go on with the reduction of stars as the Andrews team have been very professional throughout, without Cheryl's support through the conveyancing process, we would still be there! Warning regarding DC Law still stands. Reduced by 2 stars (feel should be more reduced) due to their recommended conveyancing company DC Law, they have proven themselves to be totally incompetent throughout the process. DO NOT USE DC LAW. Otherwise the last review stands - We found the experience to be painless, after trying to sell the house last year with another agent and not succeeding, the Andrews team were working for us and not the other way round. Greg Lines and his team have been supportive and communicative all of the way through the process.

They suggested using the modern auction method, organised an incredible number of viewings and did everything they could to ensure that all ran smoothly. A very positive experience with Andrews so far during the purchase of our property. Shayla conducted our viewing initially and we were impressed with the knowledge she had to hand. She was able to answer all of our questions during the viewing, which we haven’t always found to be the case with other agents, often struggling to obtain even basic information about a property. We understand there is currently a high volume of buyers per property, and therefore appointment durations are often limited, but nonetheless, Shayla didn’t rush us and gave us plenty of time to take everything in and ask as many questions as we needed to satisfy ourselves that this property was right for us. A little known fact about Andrew's estate agents is that they are a charitable trust set up by the same man who founded Oxfam and AgeUK.
