We all know how stressful moving and buying a house can be but Andrew’s made the process less painful unlike the solicitors ! who increased my anxiety weekly. A member of staff ‘ Shayla ‘ was extraordinary in negotiating between all parties in the purchase of my new home it was much appreciated. I love my new home and grateful to all the members of staff at Andrew’s estate agents. Thank you

We bought a property with Andrews 2 years ago and the sale was very smooth. I recently needed a fresh valuation and Charlie Macmillan was extremely helpful and efficient in providing this almost instantly. 10-15 minutes in the office followed by an email confirmation with the required details. Had 2 viewings in 2 days with John. He was very professional, honest and a nice guy. If he didn’t know an answer, he was say he didn’t know and would do his best to find out. Only slight thing I will say is trying to get through to them via the phone can be a pain but I understand that as due to COVID they are working from home and have less members of staff in. Other than that our dealings with them so far have been positive. **Update. We have just completed and moved into our first house. From day 1 from us viewing the property right up till the end, everyone that we dealt with was very friendly, professional and very helpful as we was first time buyers. I would like to thank John and Jill as we couldn't have asked anymore from either of them!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

The house sold within eight weeks. There were a few issues with viewing appointment’s regards to time keeping. All staff were very polite and professional. The solicitors were slow but through completion took six months. Thank you satisfied customer Sue

I sold my house through Andrews and the service I received from them was fantastic from start to finish. Paula (who came to value the house) was professional, friendly and focused on all the positives the house had to offer. Shayla - who offered a huge amount of support throughout, provided feedback from viewings and dealt with communication from our buyer. Kat - who was always on the end of the phone for any enquiries we had. And finally Charlie - who I didn’t speak to until a few days before completion but he was super helpful with the last few enquiries and provided lots of reassurance during the final stages.
