GoogleThere's some terrible reviews on here so I did some digging before using them because they used to be excellent. Seems like they did have some questionable staff some time ago like another review pointed out, but that has changed and they have new senior management which has made a really positive difference to the staff as well as the service. They were happy, smily and professional and did a great job selling my properties. Long may it last!

GoogleUseless. I'm moving across the country and the won't accept a holding deposit unless I've been there in person ... Stupid policy, I know the area and am happy for my deposit to be at risk if I change my mind. They must post really misleading adverts if that many people change their mind on a rental in person vs the photos.
Dear Mr Pointing, I am sorry to hear that you are frustrated with this particular policy. Unfortunately this is because we have had a previous incident where a holding fee was taken for a property which the tenant hadn't viewed in person. The tenant then changed their mind at the last minute as once they had viewed they had decided the property wasn't suitable, in this case the Landlord then had to wait another month to get another tenant lined up and lost a month of rent. We also have a huge amount of potential tenants ready to view properties as there is a such a high demand for property in Stroud as I am sure you are aware, so the Landlord does have a lot of choice and in almost all cases, would prefer to go with an applicant who has seen it in person. If you are in the area in the future please don't hesitate to let me know and we can absolutely set up some viewings for properties that we have on our books at the time.
