Janine was fab. Kept me up to date on everything and every movement. Also helped step in and prompted both solicitors sides of we didn’t receive an update. She was genuine and couldn’t seem happier for me the day I got the keys. Other staff were always so helpful and polite on the phone if Janine was out. From our first meeting with Emily I knew we were in safe hands, she clearly had a great understanding of the market & set realistic expectations whilst also aiming to get the best price & more importantly the best buyer for our property.
