Friendly and supportive!

I had been messed around by a few agents in terms of them not sticking to agreed appointments, properties being in a much worse state than they appeared in photos online etc, so was not having the best experience with my property search. Ben Gordon-Smith however responded to my query the very same day, and offered to show me the property that same evening, as it was on his way home. I appreciated the flexibility and was really impressed with the property, so I made an offer that same night, and it was accepted the next day. Ben has been very helpful in terms of clearly outlining next steps, and when there were queries about my referencing, he provided sound advice to ensure any issues were rectified as soon as possible, and everything was sorted within 3 working days.Ben has kept me updated every step of the way, and answered any queries I may have. It has been an absolute blessing to have him as an agent during what has been quite a stressful experience for the most part, and I am now all ready to move end of this month! Thank you Ben! :-)

My viewing was memorable, largely due to the friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable young lady, Shamiya who showed me around. Shamiya happily listened to my moans about how difficult and stressful it has been trying to find a new home, she seemed genuinely caring & empathetic around my current circumstances and seemed really quite happy that I appeared pleased the home seemed really suitable for myself and my son. I really don’t know where to start. Kish was fantastic from the beginning until the end of my selling process.I originally thought his fees were too high but he assured me he would put the work in, to earn the money and I 100% agree that he did and I would’ve actually paid him a lot more. He was worth his weight in gold. Selling a house is stressful enough but Kish and his team went way above and beyond their roles to make it as stress free as possible. I’d never sold a property before so kept asking silly questions and Kish was always more than happy to help explain it all to me (sometimes more than once), until I completely understood. My solicitor pushed back on alot of things and asked me for things that I’d never heard of but Kish helped me work my way through the legal jargon and got me across the line on many occasions. The entire team were super professional and efficient and had great knowledge of the entire process (including the solicitors roles). If Kish ever did take a well deserved day off he would make sure that one of his colleagues were up to date with my case and they would email me to let me know they were on hand ready for anything I needed.In summary, I really can’t express how good Kish and his team were for my selling process. So if you’d like a seamless sale (or buying I’m guessing) then I would highly recommend booking through Kish/Andrew’s!
