GoogleBuyers Beware! We were looking to purchase a Henley at Monchelsea Park, Langley, however our search came back with “Moderate Potential for Collapsibility” and that the property was built on a “Swallow Hole”, unfortunately Redrow, who openly admitted to knowing about the issues before selling it to us, are refusing to return the money paid for upgraded appliances, which has left us hugely out of pocket. I would strongly recommend getting your own searches carried out before instructing solicitors to save you a whole world of pain! God knows what the rest of the development is like…

GoogleHouses look great until you start looking a little closer. Tip is to pull out within the cool off period after reservation and they will offer even more £ incentives. Not enough to keep us as house had visible defects that didn’t want to argue with down the line. Takes about 2-3 months to get initial deposit back though which is disappointing.

GoogleWe’ve had a wonderful experience with Josh Lewis at Redrow Hackwood Grange. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly supportive and accommodating throughout our home-buying journey.
Josh took the time to understand our preferences, including those that were important to us culturally. He guided us thoughtfully through the options and helped us choose a home that aligned with our needs and expectations.
Throughout the process, I visited the site almost every weekend and sent numerous emails and calls with all sorts of queries. Josh was always patient, responsive, and extremely accommodating.
Buying our first home is a huge milestone, and we’re truly grateful to have had Josh’s guidance and support so far. With the house still under construction, his continued help has made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Thank you, Josh, for making this such a positive and memorable journey!

GoogleSTAY AWAY if you are a young parent thinking the primary school will have enough space for your child. We were sold this as an amenity but the primary school is not fit for the size of the estate and the estate is only growing and the newer houses are only being built further away from school. You will be allocated a school outside the estate and bus transport service is also reduced. Just making everyone aware!

GoogleThe estate itself is absolutely beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, we visited the showroom on two separate occasions and were very disappointed with the service. The lady assisting us (unfortunately I don’t recall her name, but she had short brown hair) was extremely unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in actually selling the property. It felt very unprofessional both times we visited. Next time, we will definitely request to speak with someone else.
