GoogleWent into Redrow as interested in one of there houses and the lady in the sales office not very helpful at all in fact she couldn't wait to get us out, we were struggling with a app they had and I felt like we were putting her out, we couldn't get a brochure due to covid apparently!! so we left, we called in at Miller Homes up from them picked up a brochure there!!! they were really helpful gave prices an pics of houses within a week we put a deposit down on a 4 bed house and moving in in dec, so just goes to show have the wrong person in sales u lose, Ami at Miller Homes is helpful and professional.

GoogleDue to COVID guidelines in place, the interaction with the on site management is limited, however both Michelle and Lynn were very informative and helpful in the fields of our enquiry.
All questions were answered, with no ambiguity when we left. The knowledge from both ladies with regards to plots, house types/styles, pricing and building phases; filled us with confidence that if we were to persue a purchase from Redrow, the process would not just be about making a sale (a rarity) but would be very much about professional duty of care, and assisting us in purchasing the perfect family property through a reliable and responsible company.
We came away with a direction towards our goal; a target to work at; with a realistic view of timeframes and ambition.

We're in the middle of a house purchase involving your sales team, and your ethics and company practices are a joke.
In the middle of a sale you've asked us to sign exchange with a house that hasn't been signed off with building regulations, constant changing of completion dates, and where there's problems after being pushed for a sale, you go completely silent and ignore phone calls and emails.

GoogleOn the face of it, fantastic! You get a period of approx. 2 weeks after moving in, and then customer service drops off dramatically!!
We are possibly a bit unlucky as we were one of the first houses to be purchased post covid lock down so I think we were victim of a rush job to get houses completed. That said, 8 months in and we are still finding issues. Mostly with plumbing.
I can accept issues with a new home, its several thousand parts, all being put together in a short time frame. Mistakes will happen. What is disappointing is that when a problem is reported, it is rarely fixed by just one contractor, so each time a contractor leaves you have to chase redrow to get the next contractor in to finish the job.
For example, ive recently had leaking pipework in the downstairs utility room. The plumber came to stop the leak, however, it is then a different contractor that needs to replace the boarding that was removed when the plumbing was repaired. It has been 5 weeks of waiting and I've now had to contact Redrow to get this finished.
All in all, not a great experience, but i do think that it will get sorted eventually. The staff are friendly and will help when they can, but they appear to be extremely short staffed or poorly organised. not sure which
