We moved here 2 years ago and are very happy although we are still waiting for some minor snagging issues to be resolved.

Amazing residential housing project, best build quality and responsive services and staff. One can find best sized houses for families at Sawston. Kids amenity is average as compared to public kids play area. Most of the houses privacy issue as Redrow won't provide screening landscape trees reasoning planing approvals.

Damaged car when delivering to to no ramp signs and sudden drops. Went to speak to the lady in the office to find out about information to get repairs done as didnt find it comfortable to carry on delivering due to being self employed and no car as it got damaged. Said I will leave parcels with her as couldn't get to houses as its dangerous and she said get out and f##k off in front of my child with me. Appalling service.

We honestly cannot thank Olivia at Redrow Sycamore Green enough for everything she has done for us. Olivia looked after us on the day we reserved our new home. As Part Exchange was new to us, she guided us through the whole process, patiently answered all of our questions and made everything feel so much less daunting. When our Part Exchange valuation came back, we genuinely weren't sure whether we would be able to make the purchase work. Olivia really went above and beyond, working incredibly hard with us to find a solution and ultimately secure a package that made our dream home possible. We felt that Olivia genuinely cared about helping us rather than simply making a sale. She has been friendly, patient, and reassuring. We are so excited for our new home and incredibly grateful to Olivia for helping us get there. She is an absolute credit to Redrow and we couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Had a viewing booked for 11:00 this morning and turned up, the woman was extremely rude, unprofessional and talking in such a patronising tone. My father and I just told her to forget it and we walked away, would defo not purchase a property even if it was great thanks to that woman!!! By reading other views turns out I wasn’t the only one who had a disgusting experience with her. I would dismiss her before u lose more future sales

I had a seamless and genuinely enjoyable experience purchasing my first home, thanks to Georgia at Blossom Park. From the very beginning, she clearly explained each step of the process, which made what could have been overwhelming feel straightforward and manageable. Georgia’s bubbly personality and positive energy made the entire journey feel exciting rather than stressful. She was always approachable, patient, and happy to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. I truly felt supported throughout the whole process and would highly recommend her anyday!

Great pre and post sales service from Yasmin and Sara, and Site Manager Joe is just fantastic in resolving any snagging issues that come up. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond. With any new build it's not without issues but Joe, Yasmin and the team are keen to help and prompt to do so.
