GoogleWe visited the Hendredenny site over the weekend to enquire about our first home. As first time buyers visiting our first building development, we didn’t really know what to expect as in all honesty, we didn’t really have an idea of what we were doing. Our sales advisor wasn’t very helpful from the moment we got there. Even though we did our research beforehand, we kind of expected her to sit us down and go through the different houses, prices, offers and completion dates so we could have a vague understanding of what we could’ve been signing up to. Instead, she laughed at us and told us to just go and have a look in the show homes on offer, and that was that. We didn’t know what extras had been added into the houses, and what was the standard. This may seem like a silly thing to be upset about but as first time buyers who wanted a new build and to stay close to the Cardiff area, it’s put us off buying a house in the development as to is, if this was the behaviour of the sales advisor, then if we had any problems with the house, what would the rest of the company be like?

GoogleDisgusting company, trespassed on my land next door and have installed a combined sewer overflow polluting the river last year without any planning permission or permission from me the landowner. It makes all house warranties void as there is no valid sewer, DON'T BUY THEM

GoogleWe have visited site twice the first time the lady was lovely and helpful, second time the person was very rude not flexible my phone had gone dead and I wasn't able to check in which I respect the covid rules but as I had been before and was looking to buy a house I thought she could of easily wrote my details down like other places do. It has now put me off buying one here and will not be returning. The houses are beautiful but the process described for you to buy one when you already have a home is very complicated and when going on the website way more options than we were giving on our first visit so something to work on.

Would have been better for them to tell us this before we went down. Shame as the houses are really lovely and well finished.

Unfortunately this was the first ever time looking at a New Build and we weren’t aware the properties wouldn’t be available to move into for up to 9 months which was too far away for our needs. Overall a nice development.
