Big thanks to Georgia who took a great deal of time and care with our enquiries, giving us the confidence to take the next step. We felt they were transparent and realistic with us and there has been no pressure on us. We now hope everything aligns and we get the plot we want. We know if we don’t get it, it certainly isn’t down to the fantastic customer service but external factors.

GoogleI love the property but don't expect Redrow to help you any after they have your money. I did have several minor repairs carried out in the first year but after their warranty period you are stopped from reporting any issue on their portal and they don't want to know you. I have a design issue that the EV charging point which is 4 mtrs down the side of the house and the drive is at the front meaning the standard lead of 5 mtrs is not long enough to charge my car, not even reach the drive ??? I have reported this to customer services and the response I got is buy yourself a longer lead??? Not the 5* customer service they claim or strive for, they didn't even visit to see the issue I have.

GoogleThis is a mixed review, as most are I guess. The sales staff are brilliant! Can’t fault them at all. The design of the housing offer, upgrade options etc are better than most in my view. That’s all good news. The show house stock ‘looks’ nice and a lot of work has been done to make them warm and welcoming. However, an unprofessional eyes spots quickly some terrible finishing. Plasterwork in all rooms has, in my words, ‘been done by a seven year-old!’ A seven-year-old could arguably do it better. It’s then had a painter go over it which is just laughable given it was an opportunity to rectify the problems. I noticed at least one damaged tile, along with tiling not adequately sealed. General mastic finishes are not great - certainly where darker paintwork has been edged against cabinetry in the kitchen. Compared to, say Bloor Homes, I find the finish very poor. I am down to buy one of the Redrow homes and I will be having a professional review of the property before completing. I think they can do better. There is huge investment in the sales side, a little could be directed to the product finish.

So, we have now moved in to the property and we are very pleased with the help we received from the sales team. There were some delays but Nicola and Ellie (as well as the builders) were instrumental in ensuring we moved in as soon as possible, and the sales team have been super helpful and are always available to help. We had a professional snagger in some days ago and although there were snags he mentioned he thought the builders had done a good job. I have been in contact with Kirsty from after sales and she has also been super helpful. I will update this review in a few months but, as before, if asked, I would recommend this site and the teams to anyone who asks.

She made us feel really comfortable and at ease, she managed the sales process very well.
Asking us the right questions in a non invasive way, she answered all our questions and her awareness and knowledge of the properties was very detailed, she even took the time to take us on a tour to help us understand the locations of the properties which gave us the confidence we were dealing with a reputable company.
