GoogleRecently reserved a plot in this Estate and amazed with the Sales Team specially Jesse And Saj at this site. Must say they are an exceptional asset to Redrow. 4 Months back we visited and greeted by Saj who was also very professional and really helped us make our decision. We were gutted to know he was leaving for another site. But then Jesse was helpful reminding us and guiding through each and every step didn't feel like we were dealing with just a sales guy. His knowledge was exceptional considering he was new to the company and was very professional through out. Things like this brought us back to Redrow from 2016 when We bought my first home. Great Team with exceptional staff working at this end hope this message gets to the Board. Pleasure doing business with you guys.

GoogleI had help from Lauren recently in terms of reserving our Redrow home. I asked so many questions and Lauren went back and forth with me trying to find ways to best help. I really thought she was so helpful, calm and polite. I was really impressed with the service even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon. Well done on the amazing service.

GoogleVery nice but expensive.
I don't like the way that social housing is being allocated to some people when they abuse the property and run the area down with their lifestyle.
People have paid a lot of money to live in that area and it's not good with the way some people are not maintaining the area.

GoogleDisgusting customer service from kirsty and redrow! She shouldn't be in customer services with an attitude like that. I have been shafted by redrow on more than 1 occasion. My solicitor will be in touch

GoogleThis housing estate has bought an awful lot of cars to the area. And these roads are not made for all this traffic. Personally, I think they are overpriced for what you get. Not enough parking and no real front garden.

GoogleSales staff were really helpful, lovely houses but so hard to visualise the finished properties off plan.

Agent replied Β· 14 June 2024
Hi John, thank you for your feedback. I will pass on your comments to the sales team. It can be difficult to visualize without seeing the house, however we can normally send you to a nearby development as we have a selection of show homes across the region. Please let us know what house type you would like to see and we can see if there is one available. We also have virtual tours of the houses on our website. Please call if we can assist you further. Best Wishes, Elaine
