Great pre and post sales service from Yasmin and Sara, and Site Manager Joe is just fantastic in resolving any snagging issues that come up. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond. With any new build it's not without issues but Joe, Yasmin and the team are keen to help and prompt to do so.

Houses look great until you start looking a little closer. Tip is to pull out within the cool off period after reservation and they will offer even more £ incentives. Not enough to keep us as house had visible defects that didn’t want to argue with down the line. Takes about 2-3 months to get initial deposit back though which is disappointing.

I’ve been here a couple of times just passing through out of interest of seeing the new builds in person, once in September 2025 and the other in March 2026 and I have to say it’s an amazing looking development. I live nearby on Gresley Way and can even see the construction from my home, it is actually been quite exciting to watch the development go up over the last couple of years, I also noticed that the other site I believe Phase 2 is now starting construction too further down South on Gresley Way. Keep up the good work Redrow, I look forward to seeing the final finishing touches in a couple to a few years.

I’m one of the first residents to move in to Hazel Park. The sales team are fantastic and were very helpful through the buying process. However, I cannot recommend a Redrow house or this development. Our snagging process revealed that the kitchen ceiling was wonky. After 6 months of investigations and reports, it has turned out to be a significantly bigger issue and the joists running across the house are all wonky, meaning the floors and ceilings in the house are not level. Despite months of trying to agree a resolution, today Redrow have told us that they expect us to move out of our house in order to fix it. They cannot tell us how long for, where they will be moving us to, or when it will happen. They can’t tell us what work will be done, but expect us to blindly agree to significant disruption considering we work from home and have a dog. They are refusing to give us any more information until we agree to move out, which is essentially bullying and blackmailing us into agreeing. In response to the reply below - of course a formal complaint has been made, but these are facts, not feelings. Our house has breached NHBC standards and has significant defects meaning half of the house has to be taken down and reconstructed. We are being bullied into agreeing to move out of our home, with the ACM asking us over and over again “will you agree to move out” on a phone call and refusing to tell us where they are moving us, how long for and what work they want to do unless we agree. We have had 6 months of constant stress, upset, and no apology has been offered. We have now been told two weeks before Christmas that we are going to have to move out of our home with no certainty being offered. To update on this: we have not been able to use our main bathroom since before Christmas due to a leak, it’s now April. Our shower has been ripped out and we have discovered that we have been living with significant amounts of black mould since we moved in. Even though the shower hasn’t been switched on in months, the walls were saturated and the black mould has continued to grow. Redrow think this is an acceptable standard for these homes!

Houses were not as the floorplans suggested. No sinks in utility rooms, and large windows are bricked instead of glass. Houses don't include anything: white goods etc Worked out house needed almost £60K in extras.

Unethical company! Plans to destroy HUGE amounts of important protected greenbelt. Irreversible destruction of environment for profit. Natural environments replaced with concrete , shoddy, unaffordable, unliveable "housing". Disgusting.
