GoogleEven though we decided not to put the offer in yet, I wanted to take a minute and thank Hannah very much for her time and professionalism. We were handled with a lot of care, every question that we had was answered with enthusiasm, viewing was very pleasant experience. I would recommend to anyone looking at the properties in that area, We were very satisfied with the service provided.

GoogleHello. Everything was aesthetically nice and clean. Quality of build looked good. Rooms were very small though, so not really a house for my family. In respect to the experience, I just didn't like the interaction and the person talking to me on the email should have identified themselves to me in person. I purchase things based on relationship. No issues in working with others, but the overall experience was very poor. We are not coming back. Please do not call me nor email me. Thank you. Side note to maybe do this different the next time: The fact I was outside of the window and the 3 of you were just staring at me and looked away most likely realising I was confused on how to get into the showroom, was a very odd moment. Take care.

GoogleMy husband and I visited their show room at Chantry Mews on Sunday 12th June and was particularly impressed with the room sizes and high ceilings. We felt so at home that, we wanted to buy both their 3 bed and 4 bed townhouses if we could afford it. Grace and Hannah were both fantastic, they showed us the plans and explain each property in detail and took us round to view the properties without putting any pressure to hurry up. The properties are well built with a great finish. We highly recommend Redrows to any potential property buyer.

GoogleI was reserving a new apartment and the support I received from Grace was superb. She explained everything very well, showing me all the options with great patience. It being some time since my last brand new purchase, I had forgotten how much ‘extra’ I would need to spend to get the home I want so cost was the only minus (but I do feel the apartment is well priced).

GoogleSTAY AWAY if you are a young parent thinking the primary school will have enough space for your child. We were sold this as an amenity but the primary school is not fit for the size of the estate and the estate is only growing and the newer houses are only being built further away from school. You will be allocated a school outside the estate and bus transport service is also reduced. Just making everyone aware!

GoogleWe couldn't fault Hannah, she gave us a tour of the property that we were interested in and explained everything in detail, she followed up with a couple of emails when I raised further questions, all in all a pleasant experience.
